Anthony Price came to Greenwood Pathway House in October of 2018. He is a retired Army Command Sergeant Major and is a graduate of Old Dominion University, the National Defense University and multiple courses for Crisis Response and Trauma Care.
Anthony has served more than 25 years in the nonprofit sector here in the states and abroad. His passion to help the "least of these" has taken him to the Dominican Republic, India, Kosovo, Puerto Rico, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. When he is not working, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and mountain biking.
Chris Padgett came to Greenwood Pathway House in April of 2019. Chris grew up in Edgefield, SC and attended Strom Thurmond High School. He studied at American University where he received his degree in Business and his certification in Financial Planning. Having struggled with addiction in his own life, he received his Certification in Addiction and Recovery Counseling from the American Association of Christian Counselors in hopes to help others in recovery.
He has worked as a business consultant for more than 25 years in Marketing and Planning. Over the past 35 years, Chris has served in youth, music and men’s ministry in churches in South Carolina, Florida and Georgia. He last served as Director of Men’s Ministry at Fort Mill Church of God.
Elena Morse came to Greenwood Pathway House as an intern in October of 2019 and was hired full-time in May of 2020. Elena is a graduate of Piedmont Technical College, where she earned an associate degree in Human Services. She completed a certificate program at Capernwray Bible School and is currently working toward a Diploma in Biblical Counseling.
Elena has spent time in the United Kingdom as a youth ministry intern, and as a student at Capernwray Hall. She and her husband Jason were married in May of 2020, and they have served as small group leaders at Calvary Chapel Greenwood for several years. Elena has a passion for helping others through discipleship and counseling.
Chuck Taylor came to Greenwood Pathway House in August of 2014. Chuck hails from Columbia, SC and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He was involved in family real estate development concerns for most of his life. In 2013, the Lord spoke to him, bringing him to Miracle Hill Ministries in Greenville where he completed an internship in the addiction recovery center.
Ken Kelly recruited Chuck from Greenville, to assist him in getting the fledgling Pathway House up and running. Chuck has been an integral part of the Pathway team ever since, and over the years has served Pathway House in almost every capacity.
Justin came to Greenwood Pathway House in June of 2019. Justin leads a team of employees and volunteers that help provide funds for the operating costs of the Pathway House. He has been in ministry for 7 years with Newspring Church as a Music Director for the worship team.
Justin has toured the United States with bands and other headlining acts, recorded 5 records and has been playing music for almost 20 years. Justin has been married to his wife Jessica for 6 years and lives in Abbeville, SC. He loves movies, books and spending time with family and friends.
Bruce Fifer came to Greenwood Pathway House in October of 2014. Bruce is a graduate of The University of Tampa and is a retired aviator from the U.S. Army. He briefly taught as an adjunct professor at Piedmont Technical College in the Building Construction Technology program.
Bruce is an active member of the Greenwood Woodworkers Guild and a member of the International Association of Penturners. His collaborative works can be seen around Greenwood at the Museum, the Greenwood Community Theater and the Veterans Center.
Edward (E. J.) Speed is originally from upstate New York and came to Greenwood Pathway House in July of 2020. He is currently earning a degree in Christian Ministries from Fruitland Baptist Bible College in North Carolina, along with a diploma in Biblical Counseling from the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Before joining the Pathway team, he was the Associate Pastor at Cedarwood Community Church and the ministry leader for Celebrate Recovery at both Cedarwood and at Pathway House. E. J. spent 25 years struggling with addiction problems himself, which took him to depths similar to those experienced by many of our clients. In 2011, he went to Faith Home for help. It was there that he gave his life to Jesus Christ and began his life of sobriety and dedication to ministry.
Carol Nunnery came to Greenwood Pathway House in April of 2017. Carol is a native of Wilmington, NC, Carol has been employed at both churches and non-profit ministries for most of her adult life. Having earned a B.S. degree in Bible with a concentration in Christian Missions, she also did graduate studies in theology and Biblical counseling.
Working 13 years as a Resident Dean of Women in a Bible College allowed Carol to gain variety of experiences with women living in a group setting. She also has served churches in both NC and SC in the roles of Minister of Music, Church Ministries Director, and Director of Christian Education. She worked for Miracle Hill Ministries for 17 years before coming to the Pathway House. An avid reader, Carol’s passions are music, traveling and attending her local church.
